NEW TO FITNESS 

EXPERIENCED 

ATHLETES

  • Once you have completed the consultation sheet (see homepage)

​

  • We will asses your goals, lifestyle, existing fitness and nutrition habits and any initial questions you have, to tailor a plan that will keep you motivated & help reach your goals.

​

  • You’ll receive your personalised fitness programme, through our app, including an activity schedule with training guides, meal plans and recipes.  

​​

  • If your goal is purely fitness related, we will use a physical fitness test to measure your current strength & fitness abilities, allowing you to begin a specific to you training programme.

​​

  • Embarking on a fitness regime or getting used to the gym environment can sometimes feel daunting, but there’s no need to be nervous. Our first gym-based session will focus on making you feel comfortable in the new surroundings with a tour and full guidance. We’ll go through your personalised warm-up routine and begin your first workout, which will be based around the fundamental exercises that form the basis of good training. Form is important and I will be on hand to check and correct your form where needed and provide adjustments to suit any mobility or strength issues you may have.

  • We’ll find exercises and workouts you enjoy, so your sessions stay fun and keep you feeling motivated and on track to achieve your personal goal, whether that’s general fitness, strength building or weight loss.

​

  • In addition to your physical training sessions, we’ll keep in touch via weekly WhatsApp or email check-ins, helping keep you on track and accountable to your goals, so you can enjoy real progress without the worry of doing things wrong.

  • Whether you’re continuing your fitness journey or you’re back in the gym after a hiatus, we’ll use your initial consultation to dig deeper into the improvements you’d like to see through training, and any bad habits that might be hindering you, as well as good approaches to nutrition to fuel your goals.

  • We’ll kick things off with your free consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, existing fitness and nutrition habits and any initial questions you have, to tailor a plan that will keep you motivated. 

​

  • You’ll receive your personalised fitness programme, including an activity schedule with training guides specific to your goals, meal plans and recipes.  

​​

  • We’ll go through your specific warm-up and mobility routine if required, followed by your initial fitness assessment. Depending on your personal goals, this may include recording body measurements, testing your cardio abilities, strength, power, endurance etc. 

​​

  • Your first gym based session will be used to assess your form on all major exercises, ensuring we’ve done the groundwork to help maximise your performance throughout your training. If adjustments are needed these will be tailored to your needs.       

  • Your training will continue to be fully bespoke so that you see constant improvement week-on-week.  In addition to your sessions, we’ll keep in touch via weekly WhatsApp or email check-ins, helping keep you on track and accountable.

  • We’ll begin with a 3-hour performance [fitness] test, where all your physical abilities will be tested and recorded. During this initial session, you will also learn how to correctly fuel your body pre, mid and post workout.

  • You’ll be given a specific programme, designed to suit your current abilities, but with the goal of maximising your full athletic potential. The system will help you avoid overtraining and limit injuries.

​​

  • Depending on your experience and requirements, we’ll explore the benefits of training all the 15 components within your programme;, speed, agility, max power, strength endurance,  reactive power, plyometrics, specific body conditioning and more.

​​

  • Each session will educate you how to maximise your performance within each component, instead of mindlessly just beasting yourself. Correct max power training should never see you go near failure, while for correct speed training you should never be "digging deep". Together we’ll train smart and keep you moving forward.  By the end of your block, we will have maximised your physical potential in all the desired areas. 

​​

  • I’ll be on hand via WhatsApp throughout the week for support where needed, to keep you on track and answer any training or fuelling questions you have.
