NEW TO FITNESS

  • ​Embarking on a fitness regime or entering a new gym environment for the first time

  • can feel daunting.

  • To combat this our first gym-based session will be in a private studio, where we will focus on the correct posture and breathing techniques needed for lifting weights correctly & safely.

  • ​​If needed, we’ll go through a personalised warm-up routine.

  • Sessions will focus on fundamental exercises that form the foundation of effective training, Form is crucial, and I’ll be on hand to check and correct it as needed, making adjustments to accommodate any mobility or strength issues you may have.

  • First step is completing a consultation sheet for your chosen package.

  • You'll be able to customise your package to suit your exact needs.

  • ​You’ll receive your personalised fitness program through our app, which includes a plan of action.​​​​​​​

 

Whether you’re continuing your fitness goals or returning to the

gym after a break, we’ll assess

the changes needed in your

routine to achieve the results

you want. We’ll identify any bad habits that may be holding you

back and, if necessary, discuss effective nutritional strategies to support your goals.​

  • The first step is completing a consultation form for your chosen package.

  • We’ll review your warm-up and mobility routine if required, followed by an initial fitness assessment, posture check, and form correction.

  • Your first gym session will focus on evaluating your form for all major exercises to ensure optimal performance.

  • Workouts will use advanced training methods & techniques to bring your training to the next level.

 

It doesn't matter what sport you're training for, football, combat sports, tennis, etc.

The athletic protocol we'll implement will aim to maximise human performance and movement.

This approach is applicable to any sport.

While getting stronger in every area, you'll also move better and more efficiently.

Some physical components will need to be adjusted in intensity depending on whether your sport runs in seasons or involves one-off events. The volume of each component will also vary depending on the

nature of your sport.

  • Strength and conditioning training should enhance, not hinder, your performance in your chosen sport whilst maintaining that your sport specific skill sessions take priority.

  • We’ll start with a performance fitness test, where all your physical abilities will be assessed and recorded.

​

  • Then your sessions can be tailored so the exact weights used are set to your abilities, no more random weights used for each exercise.

​

  • This system will help you avoid overtraining and minimise injuries.

​

  • You will learn how to properly fuel your body before, during, and after workouts.

​

  • The components of your program should enhance strength, speed, agility, maximum power, strength endurance, reactive power, plyometrics, sport-specific body conditioning, and more.
